Untitled Solo Performance (In Development)

This solo performance work explores the lived experience of long COVID, focusing on its neurological and psychological effects, including dissociation, memory disruption, and the destabilization of identity over time.

The piece is structured through fragments rather than a linear narrative, moving between moments of clarity, disorientation, repetition, and interruption. It incorporates original music, layered vocals, and shifts in rhythm and pacing to create an environment that reflects internal states that are difficult to articulate through language alone.

The work is also informed by my experience as a Haitian immigrant and my evolving relationship to identity, belonging, and selfhood.

Currently in development.
